Way back when, 1978 if memory serves, I found myself producing a pair of interviews in the Bellevue Suite of the Kempinski Hotel in (West) Berlin for ABC News.  Barbara Walters interviewed German Chancellor Helmut Schmidt in the suite where President Kennedy stayed when he delivered his "Ich bin ein Berliner!" speech in June of 1963.
